Use the Feedback control on any MyMilPay.us page to report a calculation problem, stale source, accessibility barrier, confusing workflow, or feature request. Select the closest category and include the affected page and scenario without names or direct identifiers.
The site stores the selected category, message, page path, and timestamp for review. An email address is not required.
For a pay-data correction, include the affected route, pay year, grade or allowance category, the value in question, and a link to the controlling DFAS, DoD, DTMO, TSP, IRS, or other official source.
Corrections are evaluated against official evidence, covered by regression tests when they affect calculations, and recorded in project history when material.
Do not submit names, Social Security numbers, DoD ID numbers, account numbers, passwords, LES images, orders, exact home addresses, bank information, medical information, or other sensitive records.
MyMilPay.us does not need account access or an LES upload to investigate a public-source calculation or content issue.
