Is MyMilPay.us official?
No. MyMilPay.us is an independent planning calculator and is not affiliated with DoD, DFAS, DTMO, the TSP, the IRS, or a military service.
Use an LES, myPay, official publications, a finance office, and qualified tax or financial professionals for decisions and corrections.
Why can the estimate differ from an LES?
Actual pay can differ because of effective dates, special pays, rate protection, deductions, allotments, tax elections, local or state rules, and mid-month changes.
Enter monthly LES overrides for taxes and deductions when the displayed estimate does not match a normal statement.
What happens when BAH or BAS is disabled?
The selected allowance becomes zero. Rent and food remain in the expense plan because a person can incur those costs without receiving the related allowance.
The switches do not decide eligibility. They let the user match the calculator to the current LES.
Are Social Security and Medicare removed with tax withholding?
No. The income-tax withholding switch affects estimated federal and state income tax. Social Security and Medicare remain in the calculation when applicable.
Users can enter their current monthly LES amounts for a more accurate reconciliation.
Is calculator data uploaded or sold?
The site does not require an account, LES upload, name, SSN, address, or bank information. Most calculations run in the browser.
Duty ZIP and pay lookup fields are sent to the local BAH endpoint when requested. Anonymous feedback sends the selected category, page, message, and timestamp for site maintenance.
What is the PDF money overview for?
The PDF is a one-page money overview of the entered scenario. Review all values before sharing it and do not treat it as an official pay document.
The overview downloads directly. MyMilPay does not require a user to wait for or interact with an advertisement before accessing it.
